About Me

I have always loved helping people, but have struggled to find the career that felt like it was my passion.  I would always say that I wanted to help people thrive in all areas of life, and I deeply resonated with the concept of shalom: this idea of perfect harmony with yourself, others, nature and God.  Through a process that can only be described as Divine guidance I was introduced to the idea of coaching.  The holistic approach to wellness connected so much with me.  I love supporting all areas of a person’s wellbeing: movement, nutrition, sleep, stress management, relational health, emotional health, connection with nature and spirituality.  Connecting empathically and empowering clients as they make positive changes and work towards more harmony in their life truly feels like my calling.

As a coach trained by the Institute of Functional Medicine I have gained specific knowledge in Functional Medicine, Functional Nutrition, Mind-Body Medicine, and Positive Psychology.  In addition to receiving this training, I have spent over 3 years working as a Patient Care Coordinator in a Functional Medicine Clinic.  I have seen the toll that chronic health conditions take on the patients that I work with and am able to empathize first hand with the overwhelm, fatigue and anger that often accompanies these health issues: I myself live with multiple chronic issues as well as T1 diabetes – an incurable autoimmune disease.  I have gone through my own lengthy journey to healing: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.  And while the healing journey never fully ends, I feel I am now in a good enough place to walk alongside others who are battling their own health issues, and hopefully offer encouragement and hope along the way.

If this resonates with you, I would love to connect! Please send me a message and we can set up a complimentary Discovery Call!
